We request parents to notify reception when booking an appointment for your child’s vaccinations.

Bookings made online are for a standard consultation only (15 minutes). If you require a longer consultation, please call our friendly reception staff for assistance.

Online booking is not to be used in an emergency. Please call TRIPLE ZERO (000) for emergencies .

A cancellation fee will be applicable If you fail to notify the reception in a timely manner, at least 4 hrs prior to your appointment time.

We have a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy to any verbal/physical abuse towards our doctors, staff or other patients.
